For estate planning and select flat-rate matters, pricing is determined after consultation and scope review so the fee reflects the client's actual needs, complexity, and goals.

The initial consultation is a focused meeting to understand your issue, goals, risks, and next steps.
The consultation fee may be credited toward a larger flat-fee engagement if Freedom Shield Legal is retained within 7 days, subject to attorney approval.

Estate planning is generally handled on a flat-rate basis after consultation and scope review.
Because every family, business, asset structure, and planning objective is different, Freedom Shield Legal does not publish a one-size-fits-all estate planning menu.
After the initial consultation, Freedom Shield Legal will recommend the appropriate planning structure and provide a clear flat-rate fee before work begins.

Select Flat-Rate Business & Property Matters
Freedom Shield Legal may also accept select flat-rate matters that align with the firm's business, contract, property, and dispute-resolution focus.
Pricing depends on scope, urgency, complexity, number of documents, and whether negotiation or follow-up is included.
Litigation & Court Matters
Litigation, court appearances, contested hearings, emergency filings, discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and ongoing court representation are not included in standard flat-rate or subscription packages unless specifically stated in a written engagement agreement.
Litigation matters may require a separate retainer and may be billed hourly, flat-rate by phase, contingency where appropriate, or through another written fee structure.

All pricing is subject to attorney review, conflict check, scope confirmation, and written engagement agreement.
Flat-rate fees apply only to the specific scope identified in the engagement agreement. Additional work, expanded scope, unexpected disputes, third-party negotiations, litigation, court filings, government fees, recording fees, filing fees, postage, service of process, outside counsel, expert fees, and other costs may be billed separately unless expressly included.
No attorney-client relationship is formed until a written engagement agreement is signed by both the client and Freedom Shield Legal.
