Before founding Freedom Shield Legal, I served in senior legal and compliance roles and have built and advised multiple operating businesses. I understand the realities founders face because I have lived them — contracts under pressure, risk decisions in real time, and the need for clear, practical counsel.
My role is not to react after problems arise. It is to stay engaged, anticipate issues, and provide steady legal leadership that allows clients to operate confidently week after week.
